1pm was launched in December 1998 as a leasing company providing finance solutions for "one payment per month". The focus of the company is to provide its customers with a wide range of flexible finance options and a philosophy based on building and developing enduring relationships.

Our primary route to market is via transactions introduced from an exclusive number of UK finance and lease brokers, all of whom are well known to the management team.

The aim of the company is simply to provide flexible finance options to the SME market specialising in new starts and emerging business.

All transactions are approached positively with a view to finding a route to expedite approval. Proposals are underwritten manually and the company always looks for a way to "do the deal".
